1601 Mariposa Community Meeting

On Feb. 20, Related CA and Fletcher Studio presented the final design and construction schedule. We also had an update on remediation efforts from the Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC), the state agency overseeing the handling of hazardous materials.

Our contact for construction issues or questions is Keith Kallio (phone 619-541-5289, email ). Questions and concerns about dust and remediation can be directed to Tom Lanphar from DTSC (phone: 510-540-3776, email: Tom.Lanphar@dtsc.ca.gov)

Grow Potrero Responsibly and Save the Hill have filed papers with the California Court of Appeals seeking to appeal the Superior Court's judgment on our petition challenging the City's certification of the EIR conducted for the massive development at 901 16th Street and 1200 17th Streets, at the former Corovan site. The project, comprising 395 residential units, and covering 3.5 acres, would  be one of the largest ever proposed on Potrero Hill.
